Early reports indicate fun was had by all. Old TabCon friends reunited after an extended break for the East Cost 'Con, and some new faces to boot. I'll try to get some pictures up...ah, well, as soon as I get the 2006 and 2007 MWTC pictures up (grin).

A 2008 ECTC will be happening! After a few years on hiatus, the gig is on this year, and will be taking place on May 30th through June 1st. Click here for information on the gig.

[2007-11-19] 2007 MWTC is in the Books! |
|
Well, over the past month and a half, since the 2007 Midwest TabCon was a go, we've had a number of people that had to bail. A lot of people picked up a lot of extra songs to play at the last minute. We had to rent a PA which we normally have on hand, and a whole different keyboard setup was brought. Despite those setbacks, the gig went off in fine style, and fun was had by all, as usual. Keep and eye out for pictures (just as soon as I can get the shots from the 2006 gig up...heh).

Yes, the 2007 TabCon is a go! Things have been quiet for a TabCon this year. It almost looked as if it would be cancelled, but at the last minute, everything fell into place. The 10th Anniversary TabCon will be held on Nov. 16th - Nov. 18th, at the same location as last year. Click here for some information on the gig.

Heh...well, though it's taken me this long to get around to updating the site, last year's 2006 Midwest TabCon was, as you'd expect, a great success. Plenty of fun, good performances, not so good performances, and everything in between. One of these days I'll get around to posting the many pictures that were taken. As a bonus, I've posted the set list for the now ancient 2002 MWTC. Special thanks to Rich S. for putting in the time to figure out who played what to get this list assembled.
